All VIP benefits are fully accessible through the app — no separate device needed.
Many people assume VIP programs on online betting platforms are only for high rollers. The 8kbey VIP system works differently. Anyone who plays regularly can start at Silver and work their way up over time.
Silver tier is within reach with just ৳50,000 in monthly bets. That might sound like a big number, but if you average ৳1,600–৳1,700 a day, you'll clear ৳50,000 well before the month is out. During cricket season, it's even more natural.
At 8kbey, points are earned based on bet type. Sports Betting earns 10 points per ৳100, Casino Games 15, Live Casino 20, and slots 25. Your tier is determined by your total points at the end of each month.
Once you reach a tier, you're guaranteed to keep its benefits for the next 3 months. One slow month won't cost you your status. It's 8kbey's way of keeping things fair and stress-free for players.
From the Gold tier onwards, every member is assigned a dedicated account manager. Your manager speaks Bengali and can assist you directly with anything related to your account — whether it's a withdrawal issue, bonus claim, or any casino-related question, you'll get a fast response.
Many VIP members say having a personal manager gives them far greater confidence. While regular members wait in the support queue, VIPs get to speak directly with a familiar face who knows them.
During Ramadan, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and other major Bangladeshi festivals, 8kbey brings exclusive offers for VIP members — higher bonus rates, bigger tournament prizes, and new game unlocks. Last Eid ul-Fitr, VIP members received an extra ৳500 Eid bonus.
8kbey also runs surprise offers during Pohela Boishakh and other special occasions. VIP members get first access — with notifications sent before the offers expire.
The Diamond tier is not open to everyone. It is strictly by invitation and reserved for 8kbey's most valued members. Diamond members enjoy instant withdrawals, unlimited bonuses, and the highest bet limits on the platform. They also receive exclusive annual rewards.
If you consistently perform well from the Platinum tier, the 8kbey team may invite you to the Diamond tier. Once invited, you'll go through a dedicated onboarding process where your preferences and benefits are fully customized.
